Soper Place Revitalisation Project

Our Soper Place Revitalisation Project has gained DA Approval.

Won through a Design Excellence Competition in 2019, the mixed-use design contains a Multipurpose Public Room open to the street, a 2500sqm rooftop garden park, public carparking and 6000sqm of Grade-A Office Space. Congratulations to the entire project team and we look forward to progressing into the next phase on this exciting project for the city of Penrith.
